The Board determined barbers & hairdressers may use a mannequin for their practical examinations. The examination candidate may use one (1) new (without any previous services performed) mannequin for the practical examination portions which ask for a live model. Candidates must be able perform the required haircut, shave and all other required examination operations on the mannequin.
