About Local Government Online (LOGON)
The Local Government Online Website (LOGON) represents the combined work of many Division of Community and Regional Affairs staff. Although the concept had been discussed for many years, the LOGON project finally came to fruition in its current form in 2002 under the guidance of the division’s Local Government Training Committee. Committee members were Roxanne Auge, Mike Black, Irene Catalone, Pat Poland, and Laura Walters. The project continues to grow with support from subsequent administrations and over time new chapters and resources will continue to be added to LOGON.
In addition to the online website and attendant resources, the division is currently developing training materials that build on and provide a guided tour of the information contained in LOGON. Keep watching this site for updates.
